A message dated May 11, 1993, was read stating the Senate requests             
the return of the following:                                                   
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN)                                  
"An Act establishing capital project matching grant programs for              
municipalities and unincorporated communities; and providing for               
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
The Speaker instructed the Chief Clerk to return SCS CSHB 124(FIN)             
to the Senate.
